Did he like to steal from this position earlier or has he never shown a taste for stealing from there?
I guess this is kind of the art in poker that statistics cannot really help us with. Yes, his numbers say 1 time out of a 100 he bluffs here, but the best guys can know THIS, THIS IS THE 1 TIME.
Since online its hard to get a good read I find most people hang near their statistically-proven proclivities and I just try to make a guess as to when they push a little further.

At about 12:40 Young Wall St opens and you check his stats. He's opening about 25 5 of the time in the SB. you say it's probably a little more 3-handed.
