How can I change my billing information?

Go to My Account, found at the top of any page on PocketFives by clicking the arrow next to your User ID. You can make all the necessary changes there.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay via credit card and PayPal. To sign up click here or email support@training.pocketfives.com with questions. 

How can I cancel my account?

Members may cancel their account by visiting My Account, found by clicking the arrow next to User ID at the top right of any page on PocketFives or by emailing support@training.pocketfives.com from the email address associated with the PocketFives Training account. Please email at least 48 hours before your desired cancellation date as your request may take some time to process.

I already paid the signup fee once but let my membership lapse. Do I have to pay it again?

If your account has not been an active upgraded account in the last 120 days, you must pay the fee again. If it has been less than 120 days, we will waive the fee for you if you email support@training.pocketfives.com and make that request. Please note that we will only waive the fee one time before you must pay it again. If your account has been inactive for fewer than 14 days you will not have to pay the fee under any circumstance (even if it has previously been waived).

How many videos does PocketFives Training release per week? How many do you have in your library?

Currently we release between 3-4 videos every week and have more than 500 in our archives.

Can I download videos to my computer?

All of our videos are downloadable to your computer if you are an active paid member using Windows (Adobe Flash streaming is the only viewing option available for Mac OS X users). Depending on your bandwidth speed, they could take anywhere from five minutes to an hour to download. Once the download is complete, you will be asked by Windows Media Player to obtain a license. To do so, simply enter your PocketFives Training username and password and press the play button at the bottom of the window.

How long will I be able to watch a video once it is downloaded?

You can access a video offline for 14 days before you are asked to renew the license, for which you need an active Premium Membership.

Can I watch videos on a Mac or Linux?

Late model Apple computers running Windows can download and view videos in Windows Media Player 11 like any other machine. All other operating systems (Linux, Mac OS X, etc.) may stream videos using Adobe Flash.

Can I watch videos on my iPod or MP3 player?

We offer select videos that can be viewed on iPods and other mobile devices.

Can I burn videos to a DVD?

No, our copyright protection software prohibits this practice.
